Fruits and tomatoes will be ready for picking or buying locally very soon. If you are interested in canning safely at home, this FREE class is for you!
You will observe and learn:
- What equipment you need
- What needs to be sterilized in advance
- How to sterilize jars
- How to make jam or jelly with or without pectin
- How to can tomatoes safely
- How to can tomatoes that do not separate
You get to take home a full set of canning instructions and safe recipes.
NOTE: While the class is free, $5 is requested at the door, per person or couple, to cover the cost of materials.
